Payment
You can make payment via Paypal or a direct bank transfer. We will generally send your purchases within 5 business days of your payment. If you don't set up a payment within 5 days of your order, we'll re-list the item. If payment doesn't clear within a week, the transaction will be cancelled. If you need to cancel a transaction, please email us.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you decide that the yarn or fibre batt isn't completely to your satisfaction, you can return it within 7 days and we will refund 90% of the purchase price (minus delivery charges). Items returned must be unused, and in the same condition that they were received in.

We are more than happy to take custom orders - in fact we prefer them - so if you want something you can't see in the shop, email us and we can discuss your needs.
Postage and Packing
We ship first class within the UK, and international parcels via airmail. We can also send them 'Signed For'. If you would like us to change the shipping method, please email us - we will try to accommodate.
For international shipments, please wait at least 30 days before thinking it's gone AWOL. Customs can be a real pain.
Insurance is not included in the delivery price, and unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for damage to or loss of a package while it's in transit. If you want insurance on your package, or recorded delivery, please let us know and we'll send you a revised invoice. If your package has gone missing, let us know as soon as possible and we'll see what we can do to track it down from this end.
